Cheers to a sustainable weekend with this eco-friendly Cucumber Collins Cocktail 🍹🌿

Happy Friday, Harmoniqa community! 🌿🍸

As we head into the weekend, let’s make it a green one! We challenge you to try an eco-friendly cocktail recipe that not only tastes amazing, but also helps reduce waste and promote sustainability.

One of our favorite recipes is the Cucumber Collins 🥒, made with fresh cucumber, organic gin, and homemade lime cordial. Not only is it delicious, but it’s also a great way to use up extra cucumbers from your garden or farmers’ market. Plus, making your own cordial means you can avoid the excess sugar and plastic packaging that often comes with store-bought mixers.

Here’s how to make it:

Ingredients:

– 2 oz organic gin

– 3/4 oz homemade lime cordial

– 3 slices cucumber

– Soda water

– Ice

– Optional: locally sourced honey

Directions:

Muddle the cucumber slices in a shaker.
Add the gin and lime cordial, along with a handful of ice.
Shake well and strain into a tall glass filled with ice.
Top with soda water and garnish with a cucumber slice.

Cheers to a green weekend! 🌿🍸
